Custom-made goods and sample orders have different cancellation and refund conditions.
Custom products
Custom production normally cannot be cancelled or refunded after artwork approval and production commencement, except where required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
Samples and issues
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect sample items promptly with order details and clear photographs.
